Got a suite room with jacuzzi, but part of the side was broken, the shower head was taped on, and floor were dirty. Other then that it was a good stay, comfortable bed, tv worked with cable qnd good for a one night sleep break.

This room was filty! I wore a new pair of white socks on the evening I checked in. After two nights at the Journey Inn, and walking around in the room, my bottom of my white socks were disgusting- My wife ended up throwing them away! The room was unclean, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall appearance of the room was gross also.

Good price for a budget, one bed was pretty comfy other one was broken. The man at the front desk was nice. Works if you just need somewhere to rest without paying a 100 bucks

Nothing. Not a single good thing. I was driving to texas and had booked this hotel to rest since it was pet friendly. I decided to keep driving as I felt my belongings and personal safety was at stake. Also, it is not a hotel, it is a motel filled with the underworld.

I liked how the man at the front desk helped me out after driving 8 hours the hotel I originally booked over booked and didnt have my room available I was upset by the time I arrived at your establishment but the man was so nice and I was so grateful for him I live in Ohio and I will definitely be back in nvember

There was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room. Trash and dirty towels were removed on second day while we were out. All the lights worked.
